Doctor Shortage – Be Your Doctor’s Pet

Remember when you were in school and no one liked the teacher’s pet? That person was taunted, teased and picked on. You can now be your doctors’ pet and not have to worry about peer pressure because in today’s health care environment it’s a good thing to be.

Time with your doctor is short. It’s hard to build a relationship with them. Guess what? That time is likely to only get shorter. Baby boomers are aging and contracting illnesses, health care coverage for all Americans is on the horizon – maybe…the article “Shortage of Doctors an Obstacle to Obama’s Goals” in the April 27, 2009 issue of the New York Times is questioning how that dilemma will be solved.

But, have you ever thought about what is going to happen if suddenly the doctor/patient ratio is widely expanded? Appointments will be hard to get and are likely to become shorter and shorter.

Will you be among the patients who:

· Are unable to answer many of the doctor’s questions because you can’t remember or just don’t know the answer?
· The doctor has to tug and drag information from?
· Are in the 50 – 65% who do not follow the treatment plan prescribed? In the doctors minds those patients who don’t are considered non-compliant patients and it is safe to assume they are not among the doctors’ favorite patients.

I think you get the picture. Put yourself in your doctors’ shoes. How would you feel throughout the day if:

· Appointment after appointment you tried to get solid information from each patient and couldn’t?
· You made recommendations to help your patients prevent problems or improve their health and they made little or no effort to do so?
· You laid out a treatment plan only to find your patient stopped the treatment without consulting you, leading to complications or more severe illness.

As consumers, we buy certain products because the company is successful in differentiating their product from the competition.

This is called differentiation. In very much the same way, we need to differentiate ourselves in our doctor’s mind in order not to get lost in the crowd and give us an edge in getting the time and attention we need to get the care we want and deserve.

Imagine being a breath of fresh air in your doctor’s day because you:

· Come armed with the information they need and don’t have to hope they asked all the right questions to get the information they need.
· Have a personal health record set up for fingertip access that contains your detailed medical history and you can answer their questions within a few seconds.
· Ask good knowledgeable questions.
· Are knowledgeable enough to make joint decisions for your treatment plan and the doctor knows you will follow through.

Don’t you think he or she will be happy to see you and increase the likelihood you will get just a little bit more time and attention?

Remember, our docs are only human and certainly enjoy a person they can interact with effectively and efficiently. From personal experience, I’ve seen changes in my former doctor’s demeanor and my own appointments, as I became a savvier patient.

Imagine seeing and hearing this – With hand on the doorknob, the doctor turns around, smiles and says, “This has been a great appointment!” That’s what my new internist said at the end of my first appointment with him. Five years later when I told him we were moving, he said, “I really hate to see you leave. I’ve really enjoyed having you for a patient.”

It wasn’t my imagination working overtime, when he came into the room for each appointment, he seemed to take a deep breath as he sat down and relaxed into a very unrushed session. It was as though he was taking a break. I always received all the time I needed and felt I received a thorough evaluation of my needs and concerns. I enjoyed similar relationships with my specialists as well.

Now, my husband and I are building our new medical teams in new location. Here are some of the comments we are hearing as we end our first appointments with each new doctor:

“Gosh, I wish all new patients came this well prepared.”

“I’ve never had the luxury of seeing the results of 10 years of medical tests on a patient much less in an easy-to-review format. This is so helpful.”

“Thank you for bringing the records from your previous doctor. We often have to request them two or three times and sometimes never get them.”

“People just don’t realize how hard it is for us to care for them when we don’t have the information we need. You’ve provided everything I could possibly need.”

Differentiate yourself. Stand out in the crowd. Become your doctor’s pet and be proud of it. You’ll be amazed at the difference it will make for you and your care.

Forex Indicators – The Power of Stochastic Indicators in Highly Profitable Forex Trading

Overbought and Oversold are the two most powerful concepts in trading the Forex. Understanding that a market that is over bought will fall and that an oversold market has no choice but to rise takes a lot of confusion away from trading. So having simple to use indicators that tell when a market is trading in these extremes becomes vitally important.

Enter The Stochastic

Invented by George Lane the stochastic is based on the relationships of where a market closes in relationship to their highs and lows. George noticed that when a falling market is about to turn its closing prices tend to be near their daily lows. And of course the opposite would be true in a booming market that is about to turn south.

Based on this Mr. Lane built a simple indicator called a stochastic.

The Insides

Obviously the math behind the stochastic indicator is lengthy but lucky for you and I most charting services provide the indicator as a free service with their charts. Peeking inside the stochastic you will noticed that it has two lines that are smoothly rising and dropping and crossing each other in their paths. The two lines are represented by the titles %K and %D. The lines represent this relationship between the closing price and the daily high and low. The reason there are two lines is due to sensitivity – the %K is set up to be more sensitive to the market fluctuations than the %D and it is also a moving average of %K which is why it lags a bit behind.

These lines are plotted on a scale of 1% to 100% and it is in this scale that the trade signals are made.

Trade Signals

A good Forex trading signal is when the stochastic enters the upper 80% region, or the lower 20% region. This is the range where the markets are becoming over bought or over sold respectively. And the official “trigger pull” moment comes when the %K and %D cross each other inside these regions.

The beauty of this signal is that it is simple and it conforms to the principle of overbought and oversold. It is not predictive but rather helps to clear up the crazy price movements of the Forex markets.

The Concepts of Gmail.com

Alex, is a good friend of mine, who sees me as a brother, good friend and most importantly, as a mentor. With the mindset of a protégé, Alex tells me and usually updates me on any project he’s doing or about to do. However, when he told me that he does not have an account with Gmail and he doesnt’ use their email services, I was shocked, stunned and taken aback, that why you Alex?

With this surprise and invisible anger in my tone on phone, the next day, the gentleman that woke me up from my bed was Alex. There he was, standing in front of my door, asking “I would like to have a Gmail.com account, can you help me out?”

I got started: Gmail is the best email service provider out there in the online world because it houses all what you will ever need to achieve and maintain success from the perspective of what you call success, I said.

From my personal experience and opinion, I’m glad to say and affirm that I have been a great beneficiary of having a Gmail account and over the years,, the advancement, update and the relationship exiting between me and Gmail has helped breathed and birthed a purpose and success in me.

To know me, why not check out Gmail.com

Gmail Login- My intriguing Experience

Without mincing words, he echoed the importance of undergoing Gmail Login to me. He said and reaffirmed his statement “For anyone to fully enjoy all what the internet has to offer, such a fellow should have a Gmail account, it’s very important”.

Just like the proverbial statement that says “to achieve success, ask from people that has undergo the journey of success”; he spoke like an orator up to the extent that I begin to think whether he was a staff of Google and/or Gmail. My thought was wrong because I later discovered about the importance and the many benefits of having a Gmail account.

I discovered a lot about the many benefits inherent in having a Gmail account. Having a Gmail account is possible if you undergo a Gmail sign up account opening, otherwise known as Gmail Login in its much more technical language.

To do this, the most important requirement is to think deeply and ask yourself why you need to open the account. The ample answer to this is because your purpose of opening the account determines what you will be doing on the account as it has overall effect on the type and nature of the username you will chose.

One of the most profound and interesting development to me is the sort of relationship that exist in the login services of all of Google products. For example, the Google Adsense service has its own unique and highly dedicated blog for it. This initiative and development is a step of professionalism, focus and objectivity from Google.

Permit to say then that with over 300 forms and types of Google products and/or services, then there would also be an approximate value of blogs dedicated to each.

In a nutshell, am postulating that there’s high possibility that there is over 300 Google blogs dedicated to each of the services and/or products. This is my personal opinion of analysis on this subject matter.

Not to divert my attention from the subject matter, I discovered that your Gmail login can also and/or is the same with the account you chose for your Adsense account.

A visit to Gmail Login will be of help and more clarity.

Using Chat Rooms to Promote Your Network Marketing Business

If you are doing network marketing online, you would definitely need to find more MLM leads. There are many ways to generate these leads, but you can try using chat rooms to promote your business. There are many chat rooms out there, so where should you promote your MLM business? In a MLM-related chat room of course! Most of these chat rooms are free to use, and signing up is easy as ABC. It does not take up a lot of time and you can be up and running in minutes.

So how do you go about doing it?

1. Finding the right chat room. Do a Google search to find the appropriate chat room. Sign up if there is a need to before you start chatting. If you are promoting MLM, then lookout for these chat rooms. You will surely find people who are interested in your business.

2. Building trust. When you are in the chat room, you have to first build trust inside. Do not spam your offers blindly, thinking that someone will visit your website. This can be really irritating and you will be kicked out of the chat room. What you should do is to understand the basic rules of that chat room, and also get to know the people in there. This might take a few weeks. Only then should you post a few links now and then to your sites.

3. Login regularly. People will start to notice your presence and the nickname that you are associated with. They will realise that you are someone who frequents this chat room and that you might be someone that they can trust. This takes a bit of time, but it is all about building trust and relationship (see above point).
